These terms govern your use of pyrenis.com (the "Site"), operated by Pyrenis, Inc. ("Pyrenis", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational website for Pyrenis, a cloud cost optimization and FinOps product that is currently pre-launch. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, screenshots, mockups, pricing, and timelines, describes what we are building and is subject to change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a service commitment, or professional advice of any kind, including financial advice. Any figures shown in product mockups are illustrative.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at abusive volumes, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Pyrenis name and mark, are owned by Pyrenis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and link to the Site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the Site's content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, font hosting and analytics). We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyrenis and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
